Pumpkin Quick-bread

By quick-bread, I mean it is not a yeast bread but rather more muffin-like. This is a delicious treat, as most such breads are. It is definitely reminiscent of pumpkin pie. Although I bake this in a 9"X 5" loaf pan, I think it would fit better in a smaller size.

Ingredients

½ cup Unsalted ButterSoftened
1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
¼ cup White Sugar
cups Flour, All Purpose, Unbleached
¼ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
2   Egg/s
