I've become a real fan of this dressing. I use it as an alternative to vinaigrette on occasion, and also as an ingredient in different types of wraps, of which I'm also a great fan!
½ | cup | Sour Cream |
¼ | cup | MayonnaiseBe generous, perhaps closer to a third cup |
¼ | tsp | OreganoOr, to taste |
1 | clove | GarlicMinced |
2 | ScallionsVery thinly sliced | |
1 | tbsp | White Wine VinegarCan substitute other variety of preference |
1 | tsp | White SugarScant, optional; give it a try |
1 | Simply mix all the ingredients together and, if possible, let sit for a half hour or so to let the flavors mingle. |
